Because my leaf series of digital aluminum prints are baked onto square or rectangular sheets, I am left with spaces in the corners, which I am loathe to waste. I fill the extra space with smaller versions of my leaf art. I use these smaller versions to create earrings, pins, brooches, tie tacks, tie pins, and belt buckles.
If you like to wear one-of-a-kind art jewelry, every piece is unique—no two will ever be the same. Each is as unique as an actual leaf. I cut out each piece by hand on a scroll saw, then polish the edges by hand. The earring hardware is hypoallergenic stainless steel.
